JAGIROAD: Customers of e-commerce company Flipkart here have accused it of fraud and raised concerns of the ways that the company operates. The locals alleged that Flipkart does not pick up cancelled products for which payments had been made in advance and thus customers are bereft of refunds.
They also claimed that Flipkart sometimes does not deliver products for which payments had been made in advance but reports the products as delivered. The alleged rude behaviour of the delivery persons of the company has also raised concerns among the customers. The people of Jagiroad urged the higher authorities to look into the matter and stop such fraudulent activities.
