Golaghat Government Bezbaruah HS School observes 133rd Foundation Day

Golaghat: One of the pioneer higher education institutions in the State, Golaghat Government Bezbaruah HS School observed its 133rd foundation day on Thursday.

A day-long programme was organized to mark the occasion. A community run event was organized which was flagged off by Additional Superintendent of Police of Golaghat, Surjit Singh Panesar. Several alumni and present students, teachers and well-wishers took part in the community run.

Earlier, tributes were paid to founder of the school, Govinda Prasad Bezbaruah and also to Asom Surya Kirti Nath Hazarika and Jibon Tamuli. Thereafter, an open session and alumni meet was held.
