Guardian Minister Ashok Singhal hands over award to Cachar DC Keerthi Jalli

SILCHAR: Guardian Minister Ashok Singhal handed over an award to Deputy Commissioner of Cachar Keerthi Jalli at a function held at Sri Sri Madhavadeva International Auditorium located within the Srimanta Kalashetra, Guwahati on Sunday.

On a joyous note, Cachar DC Keerthi Jalli said, "This is indeed good news for us that Cachar has clinched the position as 'Best performing District' under PM SVANidhi 50 days challenge. It was possible due to the tireless efforts of the entire team including Executive Officers Jessica Lalsim, Ruth Lienglong , CPO Mehboob Laskar and Junaid Barbhuiyan, GPS coordinators and Municipal Staff constantly motivating beneficiaries to complete construction within time limit.

"I would also like to thank each and every employee associated with this project as well as the beneficiaries. I am hopeful that the beneficiaries were able to usher in a meaningful change in their livelihood. It is a long road to go and we are hopeful of much better performances in the near future," concluded the DC.
