Hailakandi district winners to take part at State-level programme in Guwahati

Hailakandi: A district-level programme of Aryabhatta Science Centre was held at Vigyan Mandir here recently. The event was organized by the district administration in association with Vigyan Mandir and supported by ASTEC. The block-level winners of five different blocks from 13 schools participated in the events under different categories such as model making, poster making, and extempore speech.

Trophies and certificates were given away to the winners by the dignitaries present on the occasion. Inspector of Schools, Rajiv Kumar Jha disclosed that the district level winners would now participate in the state-level programme to be held at the Regional Science Centre in Guwahati on February 2 and 3. “I am elated to see the increasing participation and enthusiasm of students and teachers. My best wishes are with them,” added Jha.
