Halima Khatoon of Goalpara makes it to Kaun Banega Crorepati "Hot Seat"

Guwahati: After Guwahati resident, Binita Jain became the first Crorepati in the 10th edition Indian Reality TV Show, Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), another lady from Assam Halima Khatoon makes it to the Hot Seat of KBC.

Halima Khatoon, a resident of Goalpara, Assam is only the second contestant from Assam in this edition of Kaun Banega Crorepati.

Among the many questions, Halima was also asked the meaning of the term "Guwahati", which literally means a market for Beetel Nuts (Tamul).

A retired Bank employee Halima Khatoon, currently keeps herself busy as an Embroidery Artist.
