Hemp dealer apprehended by Jamuguri police

JAMUGURIHAT: A team of Jamuguri police managed to apprehend a woman from Dafalatika, Karchantala under Jamuguri police station along with one kg hemp from her possession on Friday. The woman was identified as Usha Nayak, wife of one Tulshi Nayak. Jamuguri police conducted a search operation at their residence on Friday as per the complaint of the local residents. But before the police team arrived, the main accused managed to escape from the house. Later on the police team recovered a packet of hemp weighing 1 kg and apprehended Usha Nayak.
