Hrishikesh Goswami appreciated press fraternity for creating COVID-19 awareness

Hailakandi: Media Adviser to Chief Minister, Assam, Hrishikesh Goswami appreciated the role of the press fraternity of Hailakandi during the COVID-19 situation. In a telephonic talk with press secretary of Hailakandi Press Club, Rahul Chakraborty on Wednesday, Media Adviser to CM, Goswami praised the press persons of print and electronic media of the district for disseminating information on the slew of initiatives taken by the government to prevent spread of COVID-19 outbreak and creating awareness among the people. “The pivotal role played by the media persons during the COVID-19 situation is praiseworthy,” he said. Press Secretary, Chakraborty, while thanking the Media Adviser to CM for calling him, said the various steps taken by the state government in containing the spread of COVID-19 are laudable.
