TANGLA: “The non-Bodo populace of Bodoland Territorial Autonomous District are determined to oust the ruling Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) to enforce their political rights,” said Kokrajhar MP Naba Kumar Sarania at Bordoloi Bhavan in Tangla town of Udalguri district on Tuesday.
The parliamentarian, while attending a felicitation event hosted by Darrang and Udalguri chapter of Praktan ULFA Progitisil Mancha, lashed out at pro-talk ULFA leaders who had amassed unaccounted wealth and immovable properties.
Referring to the forthcoming Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) polls in 2020, Sarania reiterated that people would oust the BPF which had allegedly siphoned off developmental funds. He also said the Gana Suraksha Party headed by him would win the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) polls in 2020 by winning majority of the seats.
