Meeting regarding celebration of Republic Day held at Bilasipara

BILASIPARA: A meeting was held at the conference hall of the SDO (Civil) office, Bilasipara in connection with the 72nd celebration of Republic Day at Bilasipara, stated a press release.

The meeting was presided over by the SDO(Civil), Bilasipara and the heads and officers of different departments attended the meeting. The SDO (Civil) requested the respective officers of all the departments to do the needful for successful celebration of Republic Day, to be observed at the INA field. Playing patriotic songs through FLS, hoisting of national flag in government offices, private residences and educational institutions, assembly of students in the INA field, cultural programmes, competitions, distribution of rewards and certificates to winners will be done as part of R-Day celebration. The SDO(Civil) asked the officers of the different departments to submit tableaus representing various government schemes that had been successfully implemented in the subdivision to create awareness among the audience.
