JAMUGURIHAT: On the occasion of the first death anniversary of joint director of health services and eminent physician Dr. Bedanidhi Sarma, memorabilia was unveiled in a meeting with Narayan Chandra Upadhayaya in the chair on Friday.
The programme began with a devotional song by child artiste Yashraj Powdel followed by a briefing of the objectives of the meeting by Sanjiv Upadhayaya.
Dr. Ramen Hazarika lit up earthen lamps and offered floral tributes in front of the portrait of Dr BN Sarma. Dr KR Nepal, Tikaram Nirveek, Chandralal Sarma fondly recalled the contributions of Late BN Sarma. Dr Jamadagni Upadhayaya unveiled the memorabilia.
The meeting was also attended by Sarada Upadhayaya, Rajen Sarma, Anjali Parajuli along with others.
