MLA Rupsing Teron inspects site at Hamren in Karbi Anglong

DONGKAMUKAM: MLA of 20th Boithalangso LAC Rupsing Teron accompanied by Kache Rongpipi, KAAC (Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council) EM visited the site for the construction of the Social welfare Department Office at Ambinong, Hamren. The Office of the Social Welfare Department will be built in sprawling five bighas of land given to the ICDS by the locality at West Karbi Anglong Districts' headquarter.

The MLA directed the Mondal SK to give details of the land measurements and also assured the construction of the boundary wall to protect the site from encroachers. He also requested the residents of the Hamren Town area to provide more lands as new departments will be set up in Hamren within a few years.
