Ramjanara Begum (Rina) wife of Imran Hussain departed for her heavenly sojourn at a private hospital in Guwahati due to pregnancy-related complications on October 12. She was 41. Born to Former Assistant Sub Inspector of Schools, Darrang, Late Babur Ali and Late Aziza Begum an inhabitant of Ward No. 4 locality of Tangla town in Udalguri district, she was the youngest among her ten siblings. A soft-spoken lady, she was loved and admired by all for her amicable disposition. She was an architect by profession and engaged as a contractual employee with CPWD, Guwahati. She also rendered her skills in designing the main entrance of Tangla College, Tangla Chatgari M.V School among a number of landmarks of Tangla town. She left behind her husband, six brothers and three sisters besides a host of relatives and well-wishers. Various organizations and institutions including AASU vice president, Jayanta Kumar Bhattacharya, Tangla AASU, BJP State Executive Member Santiuse Kujur, Tangla Media Circle have condoled her untimely demise.
