One killed, one injured in road mishap at Jagiroad

JAGIROAD: One person died on the spot and another sustained severe injury when a speeding Maruti Alto car (AS 01BA 9896) hit a road divider on Sunday on NH-37 at Silchang near Nellie in the district of Morigaon. The deceased was identified as Sunilal Das (53) and while driver Manoj Poddar was injured. Nellie police rushed to the spot and sent the body to Morigaon for postmortem.
