'Raijor Dal' announces name of candidate in Demow

DEMOW: Raijor Dal organized a press meet in Demow on Thursday morning regarding the upcoming by-election.

Akhil Gogoi, MLA of Sivasagar constituency as well as president of Raijor Dal, while addressing the media persons, formally announced their party candidate's name -Dhaijya Konwar -who will contest the by-election in Thowra constituency. Dhaijya Konwar was the general secretary of the Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) for the last five years.
