Ratabari woman, 2 kids murdered in Chennai

SILCHAR: In a gruesome incident, a mother with her two kids were murdered in Chennai. The woman, Sumita Bhar, resident of Kekragul area in Ratabari constituency of Karimganj district succumbed to her injury on Friday night at a Chennai hospital while her two kids Shiva and Rima were killed by strangulation. Sumita's husband Dwarika Bhar filed an FIR with Chennai police where he alleged that his wife and two kids were murdered by his friend Guddu Sahani. It was suspected that Sumita rejected Guddu's indecent proposal and in a rage of fury he first killed her two children and finally murdered her.

Dwarika said, while returning from his workplace he found the door of his home was closed and Sumita's phone switched off. He then went to Guddu's place and to his utter dismay found her wife and two kids lying in a pool of blood. Sumita was still alive and she was taken to a hospital immediately by the police. On Friday night she breathed her last at the hospital. Police was searching Guddu Sahani till the filing of the report.
