Reshuffle in Assam Police: 2 SPs transferred while 2 ASP officers promoted

Karimganj SP Kumar Sanjit Krishna has been transferred and has been given the charge of FFRO of Barpeta. ADCP, Guwahati (traffic) Pranjit Bora promoted as DCP, Guwahati (traffic).

Guwahati: Amid the ongoing investigation of the SI Examination scam, the Assam Police had a reshuffle on Sunday. Two SP rank police officers have been transferred and two ASP rank officers have been promoted.

Karimganj SP Kumar Sanjit Krishna has been transferred and has been given charge as Foreigner Regional Registration Offices (FRRO) of Barpeta district.

ADCP, Guwahati (traffic) Pranjit Bora has been promoted as the DCP, Guwahati (traffic) while the crime branch ADCP, Nabanit Mahanta got promoted and will take charge as the DCP, Guwahati West.
