Road mishap claims one near Gerekichuk on NH 15
One Samudra Nath, an emerging musician and a resident of Bamunabari died in a road accident

JAMUGURIHAT: One Samudra Nath, an emerging musician and a resident of Bamunabari died in a road accident on Sunday night. He was 30. According to information, Samudra was on his way home when his motorcycle hit a roadside tree near Gerekichuk on NH 15. Locals rushed severely injured Samudra to North Jamuguri Block Primary Hospital, and she was later referred to Tezpur for further treatment. However, he was successful in inflicting the injury on the way.
Samudra was an employee of the Jamugurihat Fire Brigade. He was closely associated with many socio-cultural organizations of the greater Jamugurihat area. His untimely demise was widely mourned.
