Section 144 CrPC promulgated in entire Tinsukia district

TINSUKIA: In view of recurrence of COVID-19 pandemic, the Tinsukia district administration has promulgated 144 Cr PC in entire Tinsukia district with immediate effect. Monjit Borkakoti, Additional District Magistrate, in an order issued prohibitory orders in respect of assembly of five or more persons in public place, pillion riding, procession, holding of meeting/gathering in any public place.
