Sivasagar DC Dr. MS Lakshmi Priya interacts with LP school students and Anganwadi center

GAURISAGAR: Sivasagar Deputy Commissioner Dr. MS Lakshmi Priya on Tuesday visited Sukapha Adarsha LP School and Anganwadi center of 2 no. Konwar gaon under Kheluwa Block and interacted with the students.

On seeing the plight of some children, the Deputy Commissioner distributed slippers and shoes. As no warm clothes were worn by some children, the Deputy Commissioner brought the children to Circuit House and distributed warm clothes and shoes from the cell of Project Morom.

The Deputy Commissioner also made arrangements for the refreshment of the children at Anandoram Baruah Park. Later, the Deputy Commissioner met the children in her office chamber and advised them to be dedicated, hard-working and to continue their studies despite difficulties. The Deputy Commissioner also gave examples of great personalities who excelled in life by overcoming every obstacle.
