SIVASAGAR: Sivasagar Deputy Commissioner Megha Nidhi Dahal visited the Assam-Nagaland border area under the Nazira subdivision of the district.
He ordered to repair the broken parts of the road going to Upper Namsai in Chengdhara with the help of the PWD (Road) Department. He also advised Sabyasachi Kashyap, the Additional Deputy Commissioner & I/c Nazira subdivision, to take steps to bring local rural roads under government scheme and construct with paver blocks. He also discussed about giving land pattas to local landless families. He directed to complete the construction of the border police outpost in the area quickly. During his visit, the Commissioner emphasized taking special steps to enhance the beauty of Kamalabari Children's Park in Geleky.
