Social worker Gopal Thapa of Towbhanga passes away

JAMUGURIHAT: Gopal Thapa (68), a veteran BJP worker and a resident of Towbhanga here, breathed his last on Saturday night. He was suffering from cancer for a long time. Local organizations and individuals paid rich tributes to the departed soul on Sunday morning. He leaves behind his wife, two sons, four daughters along with a host of relatives. His untimely demise was widely mourned here.
