SSB organizes free medical camp in Baksa district

KOKRAJHAR: A free medical camp for treatment of humans and livestock affected by physical diseases was organized at the community hall of Ganesh Mandir under BOP Pulsiguri in Baksa district. In the free medical check-up, 118 people and 467 livestock were treated and free medicines were also distributed among them. In addition, Dr. Kiran Kumar, Voora, Deputy Commandant (Medical) of 54th Bn. SSB, Bijni briefed the villagers about various seasonal diseases and gave appropriate suggestions for its prevention.
