Street play on coronavirus performed by Anganwadi workers (AWWs) in Morigaon

MORIGAON: A street play titled ‘Fight Against Coronavirus’, written by Bulu Bora, was performed by the Anganwadi workers (AWWs) during the month-long Poshan Pakhwada of the 12 no. Khanda Borigaon AWC under the Kapili ICDS project at Charaibahi’s Tatalitol on Saturday. In order to make aware people about the danger of coronavirus which is spreading across the country, the street play was performed by the AWWs as part of the Poshan Pakhwada-2020 led by the Morigaon District Social Welfare department in cooperation with the district administration. Earlier, a Poshan rally was taken out at Tatalitol. Besides, a haat bazaar was held in the market area. The program was inaugurated by the CDPO of Kapili ICDS, Manika Borthakur.
