TINSUKIA: Sadiya subdivision in Tinsukia district which is considered to be one of the most backward areas in Assam in respect of its infrastructure and public services is likely to have better medical services in riverine and sar areas after on-going Swasthya Sewa Utsav.

A team of assessors and evaluators comprising of Alahzer Ali, joint secretary Housing and Urban affairs Department, Dr Bornali Borah, SDM&HO (HQ), Madhurjya Borgohain, AC Sadiya, Dr R Kakoti, SDM&HO,Na Sadia and Dr Sukanya Kalita began assessing NaSadia BPHC. This apart there is also team of doctors and assistant commissioners engaged for Amarpur Char MPHC, Santipur MPHC, Gumtibil Model Hospital, SDCH Sadiya, Ambikapur MPHC and Sunpura MPHC.
