Symbolic corpses of Shah, Sonowal and Himanta burnt

Tamulpur: Tamulpur Mahakuma AASU and Tamulpur Anchalik ASSU staged a protest on Wednesday in Tamulpur subdivision town by burning the effigy of Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and Himanta Biswa Sarma demanding immediate scrapping of the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill. Activists of AASU started a rally from the office of the Tamulpur Anchalik AASU carrying the symbolic corpses of Amit Shah, Sarbananda Sonowal and Himanta Biswa Sarma and moved on the road of Tamulpur subdivision town shouting slogans against CAB and the government.
