Teacher-guardian meet held at Tinsukia College

TINSUKIA : A teacher-guardian meet was held at Tinsukia College with Dr Surjya Chutia, principal, in the chair on Tuesday. The event, moderated by Dr Dipika Bhattacharjee of Mathematics department was attended by more than 150 guardians. Some of them stressed on enhanced development in academic parameters of the college. A 4-member new teacher-guardian committee was constituted with Mitali Sarma Borthakur as president and Rubul Shahen Shah as general secretary besides one teacher from each department. In view of forthcoming NAAC visit in February 2023, the new committee will hold an executive meeting on December 20. The programme also witnessed inauguration of cutting & sewing training centre at the college premises by the principal.
