Tribute paid to NFRMU leader Com Sanjeeb Bhattacharjee by NFR Mazdoor Union

TINSUKIA: A rich tribute was paid to Com Sanjeeb Bhattacharjee on his adhya shraddha day by NFR Mazdoor Union at Dibrugarh’s Banipur crossing depot with a day-long programme. Bhattacharjee who expired on July 17, was vice-president of NFRMU and president of Dibrugarh branch of Assam Labour Union till his death. An all-religion prayer was held at the premises. Many trade union leaders of Tinsukia Railway Division, besides Kamaleswar Sarma, Pradip Chakraborty, Pulak Gogoi and Utpal Saikia were present among others. A commemorative book edited by Pulak Gogoi on the life of Bhattacharjee was also released on the occasion.
