Tuliram Ronghang inaugurates RCC bridge in Bokajan

HOWRAGHAT: Tuliram Ronghang, Chief Executive Member (CEM) of Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) CEM inaugurated the newly constructed RCC Bridge at Paklangso RJ Road located in Sarupathar of Bokajan subdivision here on Saturday. Member of Autonomous Council of Sarupathar Kadom Terangpi, who was recently elected from that constituency, was most instrumental in completing the project which remained pending for the last six years. Tuliram Ronghang praised Kadom Terangpi for her inventiveness.
Ronghang also attended a public interaction programme at an Upper Majung LP school playing field and listened to various grievances of the local people. He assured the people that the council will accomplish their genuine demands within a short time.
He mentioned that road connectivity will be improved, an open stage and community hall will be constructed, the local school will be upgraded, the ICDS centre will be established, the present health centre of Boha Kangtui will be improved and land registration documents will be delivered at their doorstep.
