Two persons die of COVID in Gaurisagar

GAURISAGAR: Ratneswar Borah (58), a resident of Gaurisagar Matiabat and an agent of Jakaichuk Samabai Samiti, died on Friday morning due to COVID-19. He was admitted in Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) since June 27. On the other hand, one Prodip Kumar Phukan, a progressive fish farmer and a resident of Charing Kakoty village under Gaurisagar Block PHC, died on Thusday night at Sibsagar Civil Hospital due to COVID-19.
