Biswanath district school tournament to be held from March 16, 2020

Biswanath Chariali: The second edition of Biswanath District School Tournament will be held from March 16 to 22 at Kamalakanta Kshetra here under the aegis of Biswanath District School Sports’ Development Association, with assistance from Sonitpur District Sports’ Office, Office of the Inspector of Schools, Sonitpur, Biswanath district administration and Biswanath Zila Madhyamik Sikshak aru Karmachari Santha.

An organizing committee has been formed in this respect with Kshirod Borah as president and Prashanta Mahanta as general secretary. The events to be held in the tournament include race, jump, football, volleyball, badminton, kho-kho, kabaddi, half-marathon and cycling.
