Bud Cricket Club of Guwahati to face Club Triranga in title clash of APCC

GUWAHATI: Bud Cricket Club of Guwahati will face Club Triranga of Barpeta in the title clash of the 3rd Assam Premier Club Championship at Jalan Outdoor Stadium, Dibrugarh on April 10.

Club Triranga beat Cricket Club of Dibrugarh by 29 runs in the first semifinal at Dibrugarh while Bud CC beat Saptarshi Club of Tinsukia by 15 runs at Tinsukia in the second semifinal today.

Brief Scores: 1st semifinal: Club Triranga 120/9 in 30 overs (Denish Das 35, Pritam Devnath 25, Amlanjyoti Das 2/10, Aryan Mishra 2/18) beat Cricket Club of Dibrugarh 91/10 in 27 overs (Denish Das 4/12, Pritish Raha Ray 3/14).

2nd semifinal: Bud CC 184/10 in 36.5 overs (Parvez Aziz 65, Sarupam Purkayastha 51, Deepak Gohain 4/33) beat Saptarshi Club159/8 in 35 overs (Amit Agarwal 34, Parvez Aziz 3/19, Sarupam Purkayastha 3/36). The target was reduced to 175 runs in 35 overs.
