International Arbiter title to Assam Arun Singh

GUWAHATI: Chess arbiter from Assam M Arun Singh has been awarded the title of International Arbiter by FIDE, the World Chess Federation. Arbiter Commission of FIDE approved the title in the 1st FIDE Council meeting which was held recently in Abu Dhabi.
