Jimtum Tato Memorial Football, Volleyball Tournament from November 1

Itanagar: The Keak Youth Association (KYA) is all set to organize the second edition of Jimtum Tato Memorial (JTM) football and volleyball tournament for men and women at Keak village, under Kamba circle of West Siang district from November 1 to 10 next.

Jimtum Tato Memorial tournament is being organized in collaboration with the District Olympic Association commemorating the second death anniversary of Jumtum Tato, former Power Chief Engineer.

Winner and runners up teams in men category will bag one lakh and Rs fifty thousand along with trophies and certificates while the winner and runners up in women category will receive a cash award of Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 respectively along with trophies and certificates.

The best player, best smasher and most disciplined team of the tournament will get a cash award of Rs 5000 each. The committee will charge an entry fee of Rs 2000 for men and Rs1000 for women events, a press release informed here on Friday.
