Subansiri Champs win in Super Over of Assam T20 Challengers Trophy

GUWAHATI: Subansiri Champs and Barak Bravehearts won their respective matches in the Assam T20 Challengers Trophy held at the Amingaon Cricket Ground here today. Subansiri, in a highly competitive game, defeated Manash Tigers via super over after the game between the two sides ended as a tie. In the super over Subansiri chased four runs easily and they took just two runs to score those runs.

In the other match Barak Bravehearts registered their first win in the competition defeating Kaziranga Heroes by 5 runs.

Barak Bravehearts vs Kaziranga Heroes: Barak 122-8 (20 overs), Biplab Saikia 46, Roshan Alam 3-19, Kaziranga Heroes 117-5 (20 overs), Kunal Saikia 49, Romario Sharma 44, Dharani Rabha 3-20.
