Itanagar: Upper Subansiri defeated West Siang by 70 runs in the Tado Kholi Inter-District Cricket Tournament at Rajiv Gandhi University ground on Saturday. After winning the toss, Upper Subansiri elected to bat and scored 148 runs in 33.5 overs by losing all its wickets. Chasing the target, West Siang team was bundled out in 78 runs in 23.1 overs. Licha Tehi of Upper Subansiri was adjudged man of the match for taking 2 wickets and scoring individual 41 runs.

Another match played between Kurung Kumey and Kra Daadi in a different venue, ended in a tie with each team scoring 113 runs. Lalit Gehlot of Kurung Kumey was adjudged man of the match for taking 3 wickets.
