ADG, BSF Eastern Command Pankaj Kumar Singh visits Meghalaya

SHILLONG:Additional Director General of Eastern Command BSF Pankaj Kumar Singh visited Frontier Headquarter Meghalaya on May 17-18. The purpose of the visit was to take stock
 

of COVID-19 readiness and also the operational preparedness along the international border.

Inspector General BSF Kuldeep SainiSaini briefed him about the current situation and the preparedness to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic. He also briefed the ADG BSF on the changing dynamics in operational domination on the international border in Meghalaya. The ADG also interacted with the medical team andd staff and inspected the measures taken against the coronavirus pandemic. He also inspected the quarantine centre of BSF.

Singh lauded the efforts made by BSF Meghalaya on the fight against the pandemic and operational domination along the border.
