Disruption of electricity billing and online payment: Shillong

Shillong: The Chief Engineer (Commercial), MePDCL has informed that the electricity billing and online payment is temporarily disrupted due to a major failure in NERAPDRP Data center hardware equipment at Guwahati and many critical servers are down since 28th November, 2018. Critical services like Billing, cash desk payments, online payment services, MDAS, GIS etc. are being affected.
