Follow COVID-19 guidelines: Hynñiewtrep Achik National Movement

SHILLONG: The Hynñiewtrep Achik National Movement (HANM), New Shillong circle has urged the public to adhere to the guidelines imposed by the State government to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

"We urge the public that when they step outside of their homes and go somewhere they should always wear their mask to safeguard themselves from COVID-19 virus," Daniel Nongbri, public secretary of HANM New Shillong circle, said.

He said the movement also expressed their praise to the frontline workers, including the Health Minister AL Hek and the Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills district for their hardwork and dedication during this time of crises.

"We applaud all those people who are engaged in fighting the coronavirus in our State and across the country," he said.
