KSU unit felicitates meritorious student

SHILLONG, June 25: The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU), Ranikor Circle, on Monday facilitated Arnika Marwein from Nonglang village for excelling in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination conducted by the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) this year. A student of Seven Set Higher Secondary School, Shillong, Marwein secured the eighth position with a percentage of 93.83 in the SSLC examinations.

Speaking to reporters after facilitating the student, KSU-RC president Marconi Thongni said, “The laurels which you have brought to Ranikor should become an example for other students to work hard in their academic session throughout the year with an objective to obtain their goals.”

Meanwhile, Marwein attributed her success to hard work as well as support from her parents.
