Lions International Peace Poster Contest on 9th October

SHILLONG: The Lions Club of Shillong is organizing Lions International Peace Poster Contest on 9th October 2018 at 10 AM at Lady Keane College auditorium. The theme of the contest is “Kindness Matters”. The purpose of the contest is to give young kids between the age of 11-13 years an opportunity to creatively express their feelings for World Peace through drawings.

The size of the Art Work must be a minimum of 30" x 20" or a maximum of 20" x 24". Use of lettering or numbering on the front page of the poster, in any language, is not allowed.

All print media are accepted. Altogether 6 lakh students from 75 countries are expected to participate in this annual programme of Lions Club International. One grand prize winner will receive the US $5000 and an award.
