SHILLONG: One Calinica Ryngnga lodged a complaint that on December 25 around 4.15 pm, unknown miscreant(s) stole gold ornament [4½ tolas] and cash Rs. 50,000 from her residence at Lumsohra, Laitumkhrah, Shillong.

On the same day one Sarita Pyngrope lodged a complaint that at about 11.30 pm, unknown miscreant(s) assaulted one Freddy Pyngrope at Nongrah, Nongpdeng, Shillong. As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was shifted to NEIGRIHMS. Meanwhile on December 24, one Boktar Sarkar lodged a complaint that at around 2 pm, his motorcycle (ML-08C-3156) was found missing from Betasing market South West Garo Hills (SWGH).

One Daniel Francis Palukurthi lodged a complaint that on December 24 between 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm, unknown miscreant(s) stole his laptop and (1) EDC Swiping Machine of Axis Bank, (2) two pairs of car keys, etc from Nongrimbah Block-1, Laitumkhrah, Shillong.
