SHILLONG: Satya Pal Malik, Governor of Meghalaya, has expressed his heartfelt condolences on the passing away of Dr BB Dutta, a celebrated former Parliamentarian, academician and a much loved philanthropist who breathed his last on Monday. The Governor has also offered his sincere condolences to the bereaved family.
