Missing oxen? Approach Dawki Police Station

Shillong: The West Jaintia Hills police have requested owners or anyone who has information of the owner or culprits or anyone whose oxen were stolen or missing on November 27 to approach Dawki police station for necessary action.

It may be mentioned that on the night of November,27 the BSF personnel of Naljuri Border Out Post seized 10 cattles while conducting patrolling along the International Border.

The cattle were intended for smuggling to Bangladesh by unknown culprits who managed to escape taking advantage of the thick forest and the darkness. In this regard a case was registered vide Dawki police station Case No. 25(12)2018 u/s 11 PCA Act.
