National People’s Party–North East Coordination Committee conference on June 8 in Shillong

SHILLONG: The first conference of the National People’s Party–North East Coordination Committee (NPPNECC) will be held in Shillong on June 8.

Dr DD Lapang, national vice-president and chairman of the National People’s Party North East Coordination Committee (NPPNECC), had convened a meeting of the NECC officials on May 16 at Shillong for the preparation of the mentioned conference. Dr Lapang chaired the meeting. Discussions were made to make the agenda of the conference which will include the urgent and vitals burning issues prevailing in the present situation. The intention is to strengthen the party organisation, women’s wing and youth’s wing will also be included.

The State units of the NPP have been requested to send the list of their delegations to the organising-cum-reception committee for NPPNECC conference 2019.

All suggestions and matters which they want to be included in the agenda should be sent to the office of the NPPNECC or to the chairman of the organising-cum-reception committee Dr WR Kharlukhi who is also the co-chairman of the NPPNECC.
