New office bearers of Dorbar Shnong elected for the year 2019-2020

SHILLONG: The Dorbar Shnong of Kench’s Trace, Oxford Hill and Rilbong, has elected new office bearers for the year 2019-2020 at a Dorbar meeting was held on May 11. During the dorbar meeting, Glanding Lyngdoh was elected as the new Headman. The other elected members are Hamsaya Chen (Assistant Headman), Blanch Barry Lyngdoh (Secretary), Dikes Shadap (Assistant Secretary) and Edison Marbañiang (Treasurer). The dorbar meeting also elected the locality head from three localities and 10 executive committee members of the dorbar.
