Steps in Place To Prevent Question Paper Leakage: MBoSE

SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE) has put in place foolproof measures to prevent leakage of question papers during the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations.

An official of the board told The Sentinel on Monday that utmost care has been taken to ensure that the question papers are opened only on the days of the examination.

“We have given detailed instructions to those who are involved in the examination process,” the official said.

Over 50, 000 students will be sitting for the SSLC (Class X) examinations. Females appearing for the examination outnumber the males.

Out of the total of 51,321 candidates, the number of females are 27,816 and males are 23,505. A total of 140 centres are there for the SSLC examinations.
