Three injured in two separate road mishaps in Shillong

SHILLONG,: Three persons were injured in two separate accidents on Tuesday. In the first incident at around 12.05 midnight a Scooty went crashing into a street light post near St Edmund’s college, Dhankheti. The rider lost control of the scooty after driving at a high speed. Two persons were injured in the accident. The first victm Apan Da, (21) had deep laceration on the right thigh with profuse bleeding and is in a critical condition. He was shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong. The second victim MC Ray, (21) had minor abrasion on the right knee and was also shifted to Civil Hospital by 108 Shillong Lawmali based ambulance team. In another accident, one woman Rowli Sangma (30) who was riding her scooty met with an accident as she fell from her scooty at Dawagre around 1.30 PM. The victim was shifted to Williamnagar Civil Hospital by 108 Williamnagar based ambulance.
