Truckers Meet Call for Resolution of Issues Encountered by Drivers and Truck Owners

SHILLONG: The Hima Khyrim and the Mylliem Lum Local Truck Association (MLLTA) in an Executive committee meeting held today at Kynton U Mon, Lad Nongkrem had discussions on various issues and problems encountered by drivers and truck owners especially on the ‘No Entry’ zone from Mawblei, Madanrting and other places.

Egenstar Kurkalang president of the association said that the association has directed all the drivers and truck owners to prepare all their documents in time so that everything runs smoothly. He also urged them to follow the instruction and guidelines issued by the traffic police. The association has also taken a decision to organize a general meeting of all the drivers and truck owners on November 10 at football ground Kynton U Mon, Lad Nongkrem from 9 am in the morning.
