SHILLONG: The High Court of Meghalaya and the Meghalaya State Judicial Academy, in collaboration with the Law Department, Social Welfare Department, and Meghalaya Police, conducted a workshop on ‘The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985’ on Thursday at the Auditorium of the High Court of Meghalaya. Various topics relating to the NDPS Act, 1985, were deliberated and discussed during the day-long workshop. The workshop also saw the participation of Justice Sanjib Banerjee, Chief Justice, High Court of Meghalaya, in which he interacted with the various stakeholders present in the workshop, stated a press release.
