Assam Rifles conducts awareness lecture in Mizoram

MIZORAM: The Lunglei Battalion of Headquarter 23 Sector Assam Rifles, under the aegis of Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), conducted a lecture on 'Social Awareness' at Zochachhua village of Mizoram on Sunday. A total of 20 local residents attended the lecture, according to a press release.

The aim of the lecture was to generate awareness about social awareness to help children in improving their social skills by interacting with people from diverse background. The lecture dwelt on the skills of communication, collaboration, social responsibility and professionalism, which will be helpful later in their professional life.

The locals of Zochachhua village were very happy and expressed their gratitude for the initiative taken by Assam Rifles, the press release added.
